Tess and Winnie were my first models to come in for the Kintsugi Mama Project. It was my first time getting so up close and personal with someone else, but I have to say, they both made it so easy! I loved my session with them both, and even the sun came out offering some great light and shadow play which I really enjoyed using!
Winnie was all smiles and Tess is such a lovely soul. Here is what Tess had to say about her stretch marks and why she wanted to take part in the project:
I think it’s important to celebrate women and mothers. Growing up, I didn’t even know about stretch marks, and had no idea what was on my own skin. I think they should be celebrated! I used to hate them, but since becoming a mum, I’m really proud of them and what they show my body has achieved.
